An employer- employee relationship as specified in legal policies in Vietnam is always a concern for the businesses and individuals who are in or are preparing to enter into employment contracts.

• Giving advice on the order and procedures for resolving benefits, unemployment insurance and compulsory insurance for the employees when terminating the labor relationship between employee and employer;
• Representing/protecting the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and businesses in cases related to labor disputes.
