• Preparing legal documents: Including documents related to the transfer of ownership, registration and other documents necessary for the merger and acquisition process.

3. Representation in negotiations:

• Participating in negotiations with buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties to negotiate the terms and conditions of the transaction.
• Representing the clients in discussions with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Post-transaction service:

• Giving advice on and support in related to the implementation of transaction conditions and legal issues arising after the transaction is completed.
• Making ensure that all parties comply with the terms and conditions agreed in the M&A Agreements.
